If Internet connection is not available on the computer where you wish to reactivate your Quick Heal, you can still do it by using a different computer that has Internet access. Follow these steps:

Once the Product Key and Installation Number are verified, you will be asked to submit a valid Activation Number. After this number is verified, a new ‘License.Key’ file will be emailed to your registered email ID. You will have to store this file on the computer where you wish to reactivate your Quick Heal copy.
The Quick Heal Registration Wizard is initiated automatically at every boot until your Quick Heal copy gets activated. Click Next to proceed with Registration Wizard. To manually launch the Registration Wizard go to Start > Programs > Quick Heal Antivirus > Quick Heal
