Can I move data to external SD?

Yes, you can move the data from internal storage to SD card in case the internal memory storage is full. You can move the images, videos, music, and downloads as required.

To move the data from internal storage to SD card, follow these steps:
1. Launch Fonetastic.
2. Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
3. Tap Optimize, and then tap Storage. The Internal + SD Storage screen is displayed.
4. Tap Move data from Internal Storage to SD card. The Move Data screen is displayed.
5. Select the data that you want to move from internal storage to SD card. The data includes images, videos, music, miscellaneous and downloaded files.
6. Tap Move to SD Card. After the data is moved successfully, tap Done. You will be navigated to the Storage screen.

What is Delete Personal Data?

It means deleting the personal data from the device. You can delete contacts, calendar events, messages, SD card (internal and external), and SIM data (contacts and messages). In this case, before deleting the data permanently, it is recommended to ensure that you do not require the data.

How do I delete unnecessary data from my phone?

In the application navigate to Storage -> Delete Personal Data from Phone and choose the data you want to delete based on type (contacts, messages, etc.) or location (Internal and External SD Card, SIM). Data is encrypted before deletion so that it is securely deleted to prevent unwanted recovery by fraudsters in the case of phone theft.

I save crucial data on my mobile and delete them as and when required. But, I still worry if the deleted data can be retrieved by a hacker. How can I ensure that my data is removed permanently?

If you want to delete crucial and valuable data permanently, follow the below steps:

Open Fonetastic.
Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
Tap Delete Personal Data. Tap Optimize and then tap Storage. The Internal Storage page displayed.
Tap Delete Personal Data. The Delete Personal Data screen is displayed.
Select the data that you want to delete.
Tap Delete button, enter PIN and tap Ok button to delete the selected data.
